Due to some university politics, the Beers list had to be discontinued. Solutions for the grad students are being investigated (Sept. 2024)
Beers [was] often held on Fridays after work. It could also be on other days and/or at different times of day. Anyone can call it at the time and location of their choosing by emailing the Beers email list. Drinking beer is not required at Beers. Taking a break from work and socializing with your fellow grads is required.
