LPLC 2026 Presentation Submission

Please only submit abstracts if you are registered as a presenter for LPLC 2026. If you are registered to present, you will have received an email with more details about the presentations.

This form will close on August 10th, 2026, so the organizing committee can prepare the conference schedule. Oral presentation uploads will be accepted until August 18th. Any oral presentation slides submitted after the deadline will not be eligible for the graduate and postgrad prize competitions.

Contributed oral presentations will be 7 minutes with 3 minutes for Q&A after each presentation. Invited speakers' presentations will be 15 minutes with 5 minutes for Q&A. Graduate student colloquia, per graduate program requirements, will be 12 minutes with 5 minutes for Q&A.

Oral presentation slides must be submitted to this UArizona Box link which will be open between now and the beginning of the week of LPLC (Aug 18th). The Box link will request your email again to ensure we know to whom each presentation belongs. Final presentations should be submitted as a PDF or PowerPoint to ensure compatibility, and the file name should include the presenter's name (e.g. lastname_topic.pdf)

This year, we will also be featuring posters in digital format between the oral sessions. Please submit a copy of your poster as a PDF to this Box link by August 18th.

As a reminder, we offer free poster printing on request. Please upload a PDF of your poster here. The deadline to do so is Monday, August 17. Note that the paper width must be maximum 42 inches. Any poster wider than that is going to be "trimmed" down to fit, with no loss of quality. Posters with a solid-color background or an image that acts like "wallpaper" will not be printed.
