Fresh Corn Tortillas
	Lunch on our first riding day. A "molina" is a mill that grinds corn. The corn will be picked fresh in the morning, carried to the molina, and ground into corn meal, then either brought home or made directly into tortillas. The only ingredients are corn and water.
